Workshop Details:
This workshop is broken down into TWO, 3-hour sessions:

DATE:
Saturday, February 29th - Lower Body
Sunday, March 1st - Upper Body
TIME: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
COST: $60 for one day / $100 for both

Saturday Day 1: Building your solid foundation - Lower-body anatomy from the bottom of the foot up to your pelvis. Align foot/ankle/knee to hip. We will discuss common foot, ankle, and knee injuries.

Sunday Day 2: Upper-body anatomy, pelvis, and lifted spine! - Understand pelvis, lower, mid, and neck spine. We will complete our training with a bonus detailed shoulder educational experience, your shoulders never felt this good!.

Feel it, integrate it, and lock this information into long-term memory!

  • Learn the skeletal system, and discover ways to align, treat, and resolve old injuries and mal-alignments.

  • Learn, massage, and lengthen through all major muscles and tendons.  

  • Self-maintain and self-fix for the rest of your life; practice these techniques anytime, anywhere!  Enhance all sports and activities. 

  • Understand your anatomy and learn assessment tools that will serve both you and your students!  Common athletic injuries will be addressed.
