In honor of breast cancer awareness month, we are linking up with B4BC to be one of 25 studios nationwide to be co-hosting a donation class to bring awareness, education, and financial support to the pursuit of beating breast cancer.

B4BC is a non-profit foundation dedicated to providing education, prevention and support programs for young people, and promoting early detection + a healthy, active lifestyle as the best means of breast cancer prevention.
This is a FREE class led by our very own Lauren Ashby! This class will be inspirational, educational, and a great way to bond our community in support of breast cancer awareness! Sambazon will be giving out free drinks, and one of our members, Cat, who is a breast cancer survivor will show us common breast cancer preventative care.
