We’re turning up the heat to get a little sweaty and have a lot of fun!

This new class is bringing focus to sculpting the muscles using weights and other various props. This class will also incorporate yoga in the routine. Get ready to work hard and have some fun with a rocking playlist that will get us all pumped to move our bodies and work hard.
