Join experienced yoga instructor Bree Koenig for a 90 minute Back to Basics Workshop where she will take students through an in-depth exploration of foundational yoga postures.
Each pose will be broken down in detail, with lots of alignment cues to enable participants to get the understanding they need to practice yoga poses more effectively and safely. Bree will provide individual feedback and guidance throughout the workshop.
This workshop is great for people who are new to yoga or seasoned yogi's that are looking for a little tune-up!
